In 1999, Aaron Hecht opened Wild West Pizzeria, Inc. in West Yellowstone, Montana.  The idea had been with him since about 1991 when he was attending the University of Montana in Missoula.  After 7 years in business, it is safe to say that the restaurant is a success.  Aaron’s restaurant experience was obtained by working in many different food and beverage establishments in western Montana.  With his idea for the pizza restaurant firmly planted in his mind, he was given an opportunity to open his restaurant in January of 1999.  He paid his initial business loan off in only 4 years and the restaurant has made a profit in 6 of the 7 years it has been in operation.  All the products at Wild West Pizzeria are made from scratch.  The dough is made fresh every day.  The sauce is a unique family recipe.  We even grate our cheese off the block and bake the bread for our sandwiches right here at the restaurant.  The preparation of the food is time consuming and labor intensive but Aaron wouldn’t have it any other way.  His customers will tell you that the extra cost of having a Wild West Pizzeria pizza is well worth it.  Aaron’s business philosophy is simple, make a superior and consistent product and the customers will stand in line for your food.  This goal has been accomplished as Wild West Pizzeria is one of the top restaurants in the community and numerous customers have commented, “We sure wish we had a Wild West Pizzeria in our home town”.   The restaurant is located in a tourist driven economy on the boundary of Yellowstone National Park.   Wild West has fed people from all over the United States as well as countless people from around the world.  The pizza is regarded as not only the best pizza in town, but hundreds of his customers have said “it is the best pizza we have ever eaten”.   People travel for miles for a taste of the Wild West Pizzeria pizza.  If you have the desire to make the best pizza, pasta and sandwiches in your community don’t look anywhere else for your franchise.  Wild West Pizzeria will be the best specialty restaurant in your area by far.
