Wild West Pizzeria was founded in 1999 by Aaron Hecht with the philosophy of making the best pizza in West Yellowstone. We have held true to our promise and our customers have voted Wild West Pizzeria the #1 pizza place in town year after year. In fact the majority of our customers have said it's the best pizza they have ever tasted. We believe in making a fresh product using only the best ingredients. Our dough is made with Wheat Montana flour. Aaron grew up in the heart of wheat country in eastern Montana and knows the value of quality products. Our sauce is a family recipe that Aaron's Mom used to make when he was growing up. We use only Wisconsin mozzarella and provolone cheese, which we grate every day off of the block. Wild West believes that great food takes time and we are not a fast food establishment. If you are looking for a quick fix go to McDowell's.
